All of our beach house villas are decorated in their own unique theme of seashells, reef fish, jungle animal or sun prints with local hand made wall carvings. All Villas have French Doors leading to patios and/or decks,* A/C, ceiling fans, cable TV, telephones & built-in safes, tile floors and baths. All futons are queen size and more can be added if needed. All kitchens have microwaves, blenders, coffee makers, dishes and utensils. On site oceanfront restaurant, bar and Internet cyber café.
From the second floor, the Negril coastline enters the living room to our most luxurious accommodation. An oversized kitchen and larger baths with double sinks put the finishing touches to a perfect paradise. An exterior stair leads up to an immense railed rooftop deck with sweeping views of the coast! Our newly built Beach House Honeymoon Penthouse that is built as high as legally possible in Negril Jamaica (no higher than a palm tree), this Penthouse boasts the BEST VIEW ON NEGRIL BEACH. 1 King bedroom, 1 bath, 1 living/dining room & kitchen, plus a futon couch/bed. Private large tiled deck overlooking the ocean. The Beach House Villa is our most romantic villa which was designed especially for couples. This is the creme de' la creme of villas.
One of our most popular villas, the Reef House has the same floor plan as the Beach House Villa downstairs. Recently completed in 2000, our Upper Reef House Villa features high ceilings, an option of full kitchen, living and dining room and has a partial ocean view with private deck. Negril Jamaica - Jungle House Villa - Secluded among exotic gardens, this villa features high loft ceilings, with verandahs and patios. Jungle carvings adorn the walls.
This villa is our most private and has the option of full kitchen, living and dining room. Our Jungle House Tree Top Suite is a favorite for couples as it is hidden amongst the upper trees and has a private sun deck and kitchenette.
